A search on one RJOF section or any other register is £8.00
Two sections and/or other registers is £16.00
Three sections and/or other registers is £20.00
Four sections and/or other registers is £25.00.
Five or more sections and/or other registers is £30.00.
The Register of County Court Judgments, which has been in existence for over 150 years, has been extended to include High Court Judgments for judgments on or after the 6th April 2006 and Fines in default registered by local justice areas. The register is now known as The Register of Judgments, Orders and Fines (for England & Wales).
The register is split into three sections, which can be searched individually. The fee to make searches on the new register and the registers for other areas that are also held by Registry Trust also changed on the 6th April - the first increase in the fee since 1992. The new fees are described in a separate announcement.
