With a background in credit management I joined Registry Trust when the doors opened in 1985, helping to set the business up from scratch. In 1999 I was promoted to chief executive becoming an executive director in 2010. As chief executive I am supported by the board while being held responsible by them for the day to day management of the company. I work with the management team not only to ensure that we continue to deliver our service accurately, efficiently and on time but also to ensure that we invest at the right time to deliver the changes we need to make to take advantage of future opportunities.
Chief Executive Officer Designate
I have spent over 30 years in data management including roles as head of data with two of the main credit reference agencies. Appointed an executive director of Registry Trust in 2014, I became deputy chief executive in 2016 assuming broader responsibilities for all business areas. In March 2017 I was confirmed as ceo designate becoming ceo with effect from July.
Prior to this I was chief operating officer from 2015 responsible for operations and business development, looking at new opportunities for the future of the business. Previously as operations manager for 9 years, I oversaw the day to day functions providing our business and public services. In this position I worked to establish a well-supported technical base for our products so that we are well placed to extend our activities into new areas.
HR, Finance and Facilities Manager
I have worked as an office manager for more than 12 years having successfully established and efficiently managed responsibilities across a diverse range of functions. My experience at a specialised London law firm began with setting up the office from inception and managing its expansion as it grew into a prominent firm featured in the Legal 500.
I joined the senior management team at Registry Trust in January 2016 where I manage the human resources, finance and facilities team supporting the accounts, financial reporting, compliance and legislative requirements.
My career in computing started before the IBM PC appeared. Since then I have covered most aspects of IT and communications management and support with both small companies and large corporations including a main credit reference agency. I initially provided Registry Trust with consultancy for the development of Trust Online before moving into systems management full time in 2008. Registry Trust successfully partners with small, trustworthy responsive companies and we use comparable products to deliver IT services specific to our needs. We continually review and update the capabilities of our suppliers to ensure they provide robust, secure and dependable IT services and solutions that are up to date.
Sales and Marketing Director
With over 25 years experience working in data solutions, 10 years with a credit reference agency at senior management level, I started the data exploration journey with Registry Trust in 2007. Since then we have built a clear understanding of the true value of the data on the Registers looking at the economic behaviour of consumers as individuals in the debt cycle. We now reach out not only to our existing clients but also new marketplaces sharing our knowledge and building relationships in ways not previously enjoyed at Registry Trust. Through our marketing, sales and account management programmes we continue to build our relationships in the markets we serve.
With 6 years’ experience managing the technical support team at Registry Trust I have a background of working closely with our technical partners to deliver new software and introduce new procedures throughout the company. As operations manager since December 2013, I now manage the day to day business functions and the teams taking on the new challenges.
