We are thrilled to confirm that Makehdah Simpson will be one of our expert workshop facilitators at the Registry Trust Annual Review on June 19th in London.

Makedah brings nearly a decade of policy and commercial expertise from her time in the UK Civil Service and the CBI (Confederation of British Industry). She is currently on secondment from the Civil Aviation Authority to the UK Regulators' Network, where she leads on Vulnerability, Data Strategy, and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion.

At our event, Makedah will lead a vital session on how the Register of Judgments, Orders and Fines can better serve policymakers and regulators.

This includes exploring:
- How different sectors are pursuing monetary judgments, with an emphasis on vulnerability
- What the Register reveals about SMEs and commercial judgments and what policy and regulatory interventions could help
- Identifying where central and local government support for debt advice is most needed and what type
- How data can inform other central and local policies

If you work in utilities, financial regulation, local or central government, this is an essential discussion to join.

We’re excited to welcome Makedah and look forward to a powerful, collaborative session.

We’re thrilled to announce that Faith Reynolds will be joining us as a workshop facilitator at the Registry Trust Annual Review on 19 June at Charterhouse, London.

This year marks 40 years of RTL, and we’re using the moment not just to reflect, but to look forward.

Faith brings a wealth of experience as a consumer advocate with deep expertise across retail financial services, open banking, payments, and financial inclusion. Her current roles include:
🔹 Member of the HMG at Smart Data Council
🔹 Non-executive roles at Nest pensions and Fair4All Finance
🔹 Chair of advisory boards at the University of Nottingham’s Inclusive Financial Technology Hub (INFINITY) and UKFin+ Network+ at the University of Birmingham
🔹 Past roles include NED at the Payment Systems Regulator, the Current Account Switch Service, and Independent Consumer Representative for Open Banking

Her career began at Toynbee Hall, tackling financial exclusion and building capability from the ground up.

Faith’s insights will be invaluable as we invite participants to help to co-design the future of the Register — shaping it into a more effective tool for claimants, defendants, the public, regulators, lenders and policy-makers alike.
