From 2014 Registry Trust has been appointed as Registrar for the statutory Isle of Man Register of Fines.

RT View

RT View is a new Registry Trust service which provides unique views of the Register for England & Wales.

For the first time academics, researchers and policy planners can analyse the Register in a way which is tailored to their specific areas of interest exploring the values and numbers of judgments for consumers and businesses by geographic location over thirteen years history.

RT View is already proving to be an important resource in Registry Trust’s initiative in leading the Information and the Healthy Economy debate and directly supports the Governments plans for freeing valuable data and making it widely available.

Aggregated data

All England and Wales county court registrations on the Register have been anonymised and aggregated to provide annual snapshots on the number and value of unmanaged debts for each year from 2001. These have been produced at different levels of geography consistent with ONS standards and a range of comparable aggregated datasets.

Researchers, planners and policy makers recognise the importance of having long-term measures of debt to support the development of better public services and promoting economic and social growth. The data provides a consistent view of unmanaged debt across the United Kingdom and annual snapshots enable important changes to be identified and future trends predicted.
